2018

The Beginning

Started with a simple idea: help small manufacturers in Kaohsiung manage their orders better. We worked out of a shared office space, manually tracking shipments on spreadsheets. Our first client was a electronics parts supplier who was drowning in order mix-ups.

2020

Digital Transformation

The pandemic pushed everyone online, including us. We developed our first automated tracking system and helped 23 local businesses pivot to e-commerce fulfillment. Those months taught us that flexibility matters more than perfect systems.

2022

Scaling Operations

Moved to our current Nanzih District facility and expanded our team. We started handling cross-strait logistics and learned the complexities of international documentation. Each mistake became a lesson that made our processes stronger.
